DRDL
DRDL software is an embedded C++ application running under WinCE. It is compiled to work on a specific model of the Advantech UNO embedded PC. DRDL features digital communication with 1 or 2 specific devices for projects that require a small form factor low power basic data acquisition capability. Example projects include nuclear fence-line monitoring and BioWatch meteorological sites. Data can be polled into the Envista ARM central system when the DRDL is paired with a cellular or modem connection. Data, status and configuration can be reviewed with the built-in website utility. Data collection is via http requests using XML documents.
